    Rest day at Base Camp

    A.P. 4 (Jan. 18 – 29, 2022)

    The team is at Plaza de Mulas Base Camp taking a rest day after carrying some loads to Camp 1 yesterday.

    Today they hiked around Base Camp which is great for their acclimatization.

    We share a video that Rolo, the lead guide, sent us today.

  • Base Camp!

    Base Camp!

    A.P. 4 (Jan. 18 – 29, 2022)

    The team successfully got to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp yesterday.

    They are at 14,200′ and taking a rest day there today.

    We share a great pic of the group when they got to Confluencia Camp a couple of days ago.

    The team got to Camp 2 and now they are on their way down from Plaza de Mulas Base Camp.

    They had to spend many days at Base Camp waiting for better weather conditions, because of strong winds.

    We want to congratulate them for their big effort and amazing team work!

  • The adventure begins!

    The adventure begins!

    A.P. 4 (Jan. 18 – 29, 2022)

    This private trip with the Tabour family left the city this morning.

    Today they got to the trailhead and hiked to Confluencia Camp where they’ll spend the night.

    Their lead guide is Rolo Abaca and he’ll be contacting us by sat phone to keep us updated.

  • Move to Camp 1!

    Move to Camp 1!

    A.P. 2 (Jan. 8 – 26, 2022)

    After spending some days at Base Camp, the team has moved to Camp 1.

    They are motivated as they continue to gain more altitude.

    The group might move to Camp 2 tomorrow.

  • Summit!

    Summit!

    A.P. 3 (Jan. 8 – 19, 2022)

    Another expedition summited! It was a long day but they worked hard and got to the top! An unforgettable experience!

    They stood at the highest peak in America at 22,834′.

    After the big day, the team went down to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp and tomorrow they will return to the city.

    We want to congratulate them for the big effort!

    The group left Camp 1 today and successfully moved to Camp 2!

    They are all fine and motivated as they gain more altitude.

    The team will plan their next steps according to the weather conditions.

    The team carried to Camp 1

    A.P. 2 (Jan. 8 – 26, 2022)

    The team took a rest day at Plaza de Mulas Base Camp yesterday.

    Today they carried some loads to Camp 1 and hike back down to Base Camp. They’ll rest there tomorrow.

  • Great news! Summit!

    Great news! Summit!

    A.P. 1 (Jan. 4 – 15, 2022)

    We are excited to share the big news! Our first expedition got to the summit today!

    They reached the top of the highest mountain in America at 22,834′. After a challenging day, they worked hard and stood at the highest peak out of the Himalayas, such an incredible experience!

    The team will spend the night at High Camp and tomorrow they will continue to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp. The following day, they will hike back down the Horcones Valley and return to the city.

    Congratulations for this great achievement!

    Ready for summit day!

    A.P. 1 (Jan. 4 – 15, 2022)

    The team successfully moved to High Camp today!

    They reached an altitude of 19,200′. They will spend the night there and get ready for tomorrow.

    The group is doing a great job, working hard and hoping the weather will let them reach the summit.

    We are looking forward to hearing from them!
