    A.P. 9 (Feb. 1 – Feb. 20)

    The team finished the 3-day approach hike to Plaza Argentina Base Camp and got there yesterday.

    They are fine and getting used to the altitude, as they are now at 14,200′. Today they are taking a rest day.

    A.P. 10 (Feb. 1 – Feb. 12)

    The team successfully got to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp yesterday.

    They are at 14,200′ and taking a rest day there today.

  • 12-day expedition!

    12-day expedition!

    A.P. 10 (Feb. 1 – Feb. 12)

    Our last team of the season left the city this morning!

    This expedition will only last 12 days, as they came here already pre-acclimatized, using an Altitude Training System with a hypoxic tent.

    The group started hiking today and they will spend their first night at Confluencia Camp. Tomorrow they will continue to Base Camp.

    This team is led by Sebastián Satke, who is assisted by Angela Cardenas.

  • A new adventure begins!

    A new adventure begins!

    A.P. 9 (Feb. 1 – Feb. 20)

    The team left the city this morning and went to Penitentes to spend the night. They were very excited to start the trip!

    Tomorrow they will go to the trailhead and begin the 3-day approach hike to Base Camp, gaining altitude progressively in order to get a good acclimatization.

    The group is led by Rolo Abaca, who is assisted by Sebastián Ruiz. They are taking a satellite phone with them to keep us updated.

  • 8 trips out of 8 on top!

    8 trips out of 8 on top!

    A.P. 8 (Jan. 18 – Feb. 6)

    They summited today! This season all of our trips have reached the top so far!

    They got to the summit of the highest peak out of the Himalayas at 22,834′. An unforgettable experience!

    The team is spending the night at High Camp and tomorrow they will descend to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp.

    Congratulations for this great achievement!

    At High Camp!

    A.P. 8 (Jan. 18 – Feb. 6)

    The team moved to High Camp and is already at 19,200′.

    They are all fine and doing a great job up there.

    The plan is to tackle the summit tomorrow!

    Camp 2!

    A.P. 8 (Jan. 18 – Feb. 6)

    The team successfully moved to Camp 2 yesterday. They are now at 17,500′.

    The group is fine and taking a rest day there today.

    A.P. 8 (Jan. 18 – Feb. 6)

    The team moved to Camp 1 yesterday, reaching an altitude of 16,300′.

    Today they carried some loads to Camp 2.

    We are sharing a photo of the group that was taken at Base Camp.

  • Summit!

    Summit!

    A.P. 7 (Jan. 11 – Jan. 30)

    They got to the top of America!

    They stood at the highest peak out of the Himalayas at 22,834′. A unique experience!

    This season all of our expeditions have reached the top so far!

    They are now returning to High Camp to spend the night. Tomorrow the team will descend to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp.

    Carry to Camp 1

    A.P. 8 (Jan. 18 – Feb. 6)

    The group took a rest day at Base Camp yesterday.

    Today they carried to Camp 1 and returned to Base Camp to spend the night. The team will rest there tomorrow.
