    Another expedition starts today!

    A.P. 11 (Jan. 28 – Feb. 16, 2023)

    We met this great team yesterday and after a group meeting, they had dinner together paired with some local wines.

    Today they left the city and got to the trailhead at Punta de Vacas.

    They’ll hike to Pampa de Leñas and they’ll spend the night there.

    Tomorrow they’ll continue to Casa de Piedra, where they’ll spend another night, before hiking up to Plaza Argentina Base Camp.

    The group is led by Pablo Goldengruss, who will keep us updated via sat phone.

  • The adventure begins!

    The adventure begins!

    A.P. 10 (Jan. 28 – Feb. 8, 2023)

    The team had a group meeting yesterday and shared a tasty dinner.

    They left the city this morning and after a 3-hour drive they got to the trailhead.

    Today they’ll hike to Confluencia Camp, where they’ll spend their first night in the mountains.

    Tomorrow they’ll continue hiking towards Plaza de Mulas Base Camp.

    The group is led by Rolo Abaca, Luchi Marún and Sebastián Ruiz. They are taking a sat phone to keep us updated.

  • Summit!

    Summit!

    A.P. 8 (Jan. 7 – 26, 2023)

    They got to the top!

    After a long tough day, they reached the summit of the highest peak out of the Himalayas!

    The team is spending the night at High Camp and tomorrow they’re going down to Base Camp.

    Congratulations!

    Our 9th team left Camp 2 this morning and got to High Camp!

    They’re getting ready for the big day, as tomorrow they’ll tackle the summit.

    It’ll be a long day, so we’ll share more news as soon as they call us with updates!

    We spoke with Gastón, the lead guide, who said the team has safely moved to High Camp.

    They are fine and motivated, getting ready to tackle the summit tomorrow.

    Camp 2

    A.P. 9 (Jan. 10 – 23, 2023)

    The team moved to Camp 2 and tomorrow they’ll be resting there.

    They’ll plan their next steps according to the weather conditions.

    The team left Camp 1 and successfully moved to Camp 2.

    Tomorrow they’ll take a rest day there before they continue going up.

    Camp 1

    A.P. 9 (Jan. 10 – 23, 2023)

    After carrying some loads and resting at Plaza de Mulas Base Camp, the team successfully moved to Camp 1 today.

    They are getting ready to keep going higher and move to Camp 2 tomorrow.

    We post a team photo taken this morning at Base Camp.

    A.P. 7 (Jan. 7 – 18, 2023)

    We are happy to announce that they got to the top today!

    After a challenging day, they reached the highest peak of the Americas! An experience they’ll never forget!

    They are now back at High Camp where they’ll spend the night. Tomorrow they’ll descend to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp.

    The team left Camp 2 this morning and continued climbing up. They are now at High Camp.
